Magnesium EDTA is a metal chelator agent or sequestering agent. It is a off-white free flow powder. It is soluble in water. It is manufacturing by Reaction EDTA acid, caustic flakes and Magnesium oxide at high temperature. It is also called chelated Magnesium EDTA, Mg EDTA, Magnesium Ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid, Magnesium-disodium complex or Magnesium disodium ethylene diamine tetra acetic Acid.

Handling

Magnesium EDTA causes serious irritant to eyes and skin. While handling this product, please wear goggles, gloves and safety shoes. Handle with care, no hooks allowed. In case of large spillage wash it with plenty of water. In case of injury to skin, wash it with water and then wash thoroughly with neutral soap and water. Regardless of the seriousness of the case, medical attention should be sought.

Storage

Magnesium EDTA is stored in a cool dry place. Ensure proper ventilation in storage area. Keep them away from heat sources, direct sun light and moisture. It is stored in container made of, or lined with polyethylene, polypropylene or high density polyethylene.

Packing

Magnesium EDTA is packed in 25 Kgs HDPE bag / Paper bag containing polyethylene liner inside, or as per customer's requirement.

Applications

• Magnesium EDTA is a water-soluble micronutrient fertilizer that helps plants grow and develop. It's used to treat Magnesium deficiencies, improve plant health, and increase crop yield.
• Magnesium EDTA is a metal ion chelator used to reduce in zinc and manganese poisoning & certain heavy radioisotopes.
• Magnesium EDTA has been used as a chelating agent to enhance elimination of certain toxic metals. It also binds with heavy metals in the body. It is used to treat lead poisoning.
• Magnesium EDTA can help with Magnesium deficiencies that cause stunted growth, blossom drop, and leaf distortion and can help plants grow larger more fruits and vegetables. Also helps improve soil structure and nutrient availability.
• Magnesium EDTA can be applied as a foliar sprays.
